1. The Municipality of Tuba, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan under Municipal Supplemental Budget No. 1 CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos and 75/100 (Php 672,240.75) only for the Supply and Delivery of Farming Supplies, Agricultural Supplies, and Livestock Supplies with Identification No. 2023-09-049 being the ABC to payments under the contract for LOT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
