INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF EIGHT (8) SECURITY GUARDS FOR CY 2025

1. The NORTHWESTERN CAGAYAN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 68/100 (Php 1,569,527.68), for the PROVISION OF EIGHT (8) SECURITY GUARDS FOR CY 2025 (May to December 2025) with IB No. 2025-04-07-001 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Northwestern Cagayan General Hospital now invites bids for the Provision of Eight (8) Security Guards for assignment in its Office at Maharlika Highway, Pinili, Abulug, Cagayan. Delivery of the Services is required for a period of Eight (8) Months beginning May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
