IB NO. PRO4B-2025-02
1. The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven Pesos and Fifteen Centavos (Php 5,995,711.15) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Security Services of PRO IVB and LHIOs under IB No. PRO 4B-2025-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the services shall take effect upon receipt by the winning bidder of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
