PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) UNITS BRAND-NEW MOTOR VEHICLE (COASTER) FOR THE PHSA

1. The Philippine High School for the Arts (PHSA), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Pesos (PhP9,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Two (2) Units Brand-New Motor Vehicle (Coaster) for the PHSA with IB No. PHSABAC-PB-2025-07-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PHSA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period of Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
