The Government of the Philippines through the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), has received a loan/grant from the World Bank toward the cost of Beneficiary Fast, Innovative, Responsive, Service Transformation (BFIRST) Project and ICTMS 2025 Funds, toward the cost of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Setup, Configuration, and Testing of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Server for Database Cluster Management, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/grant to payments under the contract.
