1) The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the CY2026 NEP-Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 18,360,000.00), for Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 850.00) per unit per day, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rental of Sixty (60) units Adult/Pedia Ventilator for 360 Days for the Lung Care Center of Western Visayas Medical Center under Early Procurement Activities (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
