intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Pesos Only (PHP 32,000,000.00), at Forty
Pesos Per Kilo (Php 40.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Procurement of One (1) Lot Transport, Treatment, and
Disposal of Assorted Hazardous Wastes for Western Visayas Medical Center and
Pototan Mental Health Unit under Early Procurement Activities (EPA). Bids received in
