Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLE FUEL (FLEET CARD) FOR DSWD - CENTRAL OFFICE FOR CY 2026

1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Administrative Service (AS) - General Services Division (GSD), under CY 2026 Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirty-One Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and Sixty Centavos (₱31,895,463.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Vehicle Fuel (Fleet Card) for DSWD - Central Office for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD now invites bids for above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
