1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) 2025 Funds and General Administration and Support Services (GASS) 2024 Funds intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Nine Pesos (₱5,955,209.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Laptops for DSWD OBSUs DMS, ICTMS, and AS-BGMD. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD now invites bids for the abovementioned procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
