1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Office of the President (OP) Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (₱29,540,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Bagong Pilipinas Project: Procurement of Non-Food Items Through Framework Agreement for Luzon Hub - Family Clothing Kit. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD now invites bids for above procurement project using a single-year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
