Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR BAGONG PILIPINAS PROJECT: PROCUREMENT OF NON-FOOD ITEM (KITCHEN KITS) THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR LUZON CLUSTER

1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Office of the President (OP) Fund intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Two Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱19,211,150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bagong Pilipinas Project: Procurement of Non-Food Item (Kitchen Kits) through Framework Agreement for Luzon Cluster. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project using a single-year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
