Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF AUDIO AND VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE SWADCAP NEW BUILDING

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) 2025 Current Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos (₱13,550,942.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Audio and Visual Equipment for the Social Welfare and Development Center for Asia and the Pacific (SWADCAP) New Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
