1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) 2025 Current Appropriations, intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Three Million Seven Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos (₱63,700,788.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Laptops for DSWD Offices, Bureaus, Services, and Units (OBSUs). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
