1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the 2026 Quick Response Fund (QRF), intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Ninety-One Thousand Thirty-Two Pesos (₱15,091,032.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Support for DSWD Disaster Preparedness and Response Operation at National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (NRLMB) through Framework Agreement for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
