Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOODSTUFF FOR WALANG GUTOM KITCHEN FOR CY 2026

1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the Pag-abot Fund intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Sixty-three Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen Pesos and Eighty-Four Centavos (₱11,063,313.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Foodstuff for Walang Gutom Kitchen CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirements after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
