1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Kapit-Bisig Laban Sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive And Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) -Kapangyarihan At Kaunlaran Sa Barangay (KKB) Fund CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Two Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Six Pesos and Three Centavos (₱29,285,246.03), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Tara, Basa Tutoring Program Knowledge Products Through Framework Agreement for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
