1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (NRLMB) - Quick Response Fund (QRF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Pesos (₱100,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Hiring of Forwarding Services for Delivery of Food and Non-Food Items - National Resource Operations Center (NROC). Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
