The Digital Media Service (DMS) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the ICTMS 2025 Current Funds, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Eight Centavos (PhP2,547,394.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development, Enhancement, and Management of the Ask Angel Artificial Intelligence (AI) Chatbot Service for the Department of Social Welfare and Development. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
