1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Special Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos (PhP9,392,778.76), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Vacuum-Packed Rice for the production of Family Food Packs intended for the people affected by Disasters under IB No. GOP/25-DSWD-013-A, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
