1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) FY 2025 Current Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Ninety Thousand Fifty Pesos and Sixty-Six Centavos (PhP5,690,050.66), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Subscription to the Vulnerability Management Application for FY 2025 under IB No. GOP/25-DSWD-010, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI. Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
