1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the CY 2025 Policy Development and Planning Bureau Current Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (PhP2,022,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Catering Services for the conduct of CY 2025 PDPB Inter-Agency and Inter-Office Meetings and Consultations under IB No. GOP/25-DSWD-005, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
