Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO A BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SOFTWARE FOR CY 2025

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) Funds for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and Ten Centavos (PHP27,849,638.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Subscription to Business Intelligence Software for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
