1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Information and Communication Technology Management Service (ICTMS) CY 2024 Continuing Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos (PhP2,592,672.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air Conditioning Units at DSWD Central Office Data Centers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
