  1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1,312,900.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty (13,320) Liquified Petroleum Gas, Skid Tank 600-1,200 kgs capacity and Five Hundred (500) Liquified Petroleum Gas, Cylinder at 50 kgs (10 back-up units) (One (1) Lot - Bidding). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
