  Entire NKTI Compound for Septic Vaults and Lift Station (Domestic
  and Laboratory) - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
  1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2026 Corporate
  Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos Only
  (Php 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
  under the contract for IB No. 26-094. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
  automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The NKTI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Framework
  Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required as indicated in Section VI. Schedule of
