1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 17,120,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Hematology National External Quality Assessment Scheme (NEQAS) Survey Samples (Early Procurement Activity for CY 2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the procurement of the laboratory reagents as stated above using the Early Procurement Activities (EPA).
