1) The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the Trust Fund LGSF-FA CAF No. 2025-95³ intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 21/100 only (Php 9,999,975.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2512-642 Procurement of Infra (Establishment of MRF with Sorting Station, Drop Off Center, Recycling Faciltiy and Composting Facility). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Tagbilaran, now invites bids for Establishment of MRF with Sorting Station, Drop Off Center, Recycling Faciltiy and Composting Facility.⁴ Completion of the Works is required 150 Calendar Days.
