1) The City Government of Tagbilaran, through the 20% Developement Fund, A.O. No. 25-02 for CY 2025³ intends to apply the sum of Twenty Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos and 35/100 only (Php 29,999,990.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 2510-610 Procurement of Infra [Rehabilitation/Construction of Cogon Market (Phase 8)]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The City Government of Tagbilaran, now invites bids for [Rehabilitation/Construction of Cogon Market (Phase 8)]⁴. Completion of the Works is required 360 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
