Supply and Delivery of 480 cylinders of LPG with free use of cylinder under Framework Agreement (Early Procurement Activity)

IB NO. 25-FA-81

1) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, through the NEP 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php2,376,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 480 cylinders of LPG with free use of cylinder under Framework Agreement (Early Procurement Activity). This is an Early Procurement Activity. Issuance of Notice of Award/NEFA upon approval of GAA 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery shall be made in accordance with the schedule specified in the Order Request Slip, and as stated in the approved Call Off.
