Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
RE-BIDDING FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND TESTING OF ONE (1) UNIT OPERATING ROOM SURGICAL TABLE

IB NO. 25-201

1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-Bidding for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) Unit Operating Room Surgical Table. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
