1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 24,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 25-176 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within Ninety (90) calendar days as stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements.
