Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Cardiovascular Catheterization Supplies (57 Line Items-Framework Agreement for One (1) Year)

1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of one (1) year, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (Php 6,155,760.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 25-139. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2.
