The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos Only (Php 1,263,933.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 25-120. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
