1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos only (Php 2,170,990.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 24-168. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
