1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2023 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,295,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 23-154. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
