The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2023 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and 94/100 Only (Php 24,316,984.94) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 23-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
