1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2022 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos only (Php 9,975,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. 22-084. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
