1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, through our GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 22,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract IB NO. 2026-FA-09 NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT OF TSD SERVICE - COLLECTION, TRANSPORT, STORAGE, TREATMENT, AND DISPOSAL OF HOSPITAL WASTE C.Y. 2026 UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR ONE (1) YEAR ( AFTER TWO FAILED BIDDINGS). Bids received in excess of the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected.
2. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites proposal, bid offer for the abovementioned project. Delivery of the service is required as stated in the Call-Off Order.
