1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through
the Regular Revolving Fund under CAF No. 2025-599 intends to apply the sum of TWO
HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS & 60/100 (Php227,769,870.60) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various
Drugs and Medicine for January to December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicine
for January to December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity) using the Single or Lowest
Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10)
