IB NO. 2026-15

1) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, through GAA 2025 CONAP intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB NO. 2026-15 Procurement for the Renewal of Comprehensive Software Protection Package compatible with existing EVMC Firewall appliance (Sophos XGS 4500). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eastern Visayas Medical Center, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery shall be within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
