1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the
Regular Fund under CAF No. 2025-519 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY
MILLION PESOS (Php 120,000,000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Reagents and
Supplies from January to December 2026 (Early Procurement). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory Reagents and
Supplies from January to December 2026 (Early Procurement) using the Single or Lowest
Calculated and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) Calendar
Days upon received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years
