1) The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center (Dr. PJGMRMC), through the
Regular and Income Fund under CAF No. 2025-516 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred
Forty Thousand (Php 740,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Septic Tank Siphoning and Dislodging Services from January to
December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Dr. PJGMRMC now invites bids for Septic Tank Siphoning and Dislodging Services from
January to December 2026 (Early Procurement Activity) using the Single or Lowest Calculated
and Responsive Bidder (S/LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) Calendar Days upon
received of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) Years from the
