Description : SECOND INVITATION TO BID FOR
Procurement of Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants for Benguet State University Motor Vehicles

1) The Benguet State University, through the NGA-NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php.2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Petroleum, Oil and Lubricants for Benguet State University Motor Vehicles. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Benguet State University now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants for Benguet State University using the Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
