1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, using Framework Agreement through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php4,620,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract IB NO. 2025-FA-67 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 11,000 PIECES OF ELECTROCAUTERY PENCIL, HAND CONTROL WITH 2 BUTTONS, WITH REMOVABLE BLADE, STERILE, COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING CAUTERY MACHINE, COVIDIEN, UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
