SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL - SURGICAL SUPPLIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY (LINE
ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, using Framework Agreement through our GAA
2025 intends to apply the sum of Php8,727,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the
Contract to payments under the contract for IB NO. 2025-FA-51 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY
OF MEDICAL - SURGICAL SUPPLIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF SURGERY (LINE ITEM BIDDING)
UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall
be automatically rejected.

2. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the IB NO. 2025-FA-51
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEDICAL - SURGICAL SUPPLIES FOR DEPARTMENT OF
SURGERY (LINE ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Delivery of the item
is required within ten (10) days upon receipt of Call-Off. Bidders should have completed,
within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar
