CHANGEOVER MEDICAL OXYGEN MANIFOLD UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT OF 1 YEAR

1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, using Framework Agreement through our
Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Three Hundred Eighty
Four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php19,384,520.00) being the ABC to
payments under the contract IB NO. 2025-FA-47 Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing
and Commissioning of Liquid Medical Oxygen and Installation of Vacuum Insulated
Evaporator facility with back-up Automatic Changeover Medical Oxygen Manifold
under Framework Agreement of 1 year. Bids received in excess of the total ABC shall
be automatically rejected.
