SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENDOVASCULAR NEUROSURGERY SUPPLIES (LINE-ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
IB NO. 2025-FA-42
1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, using Framework Agreement through GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million One Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php19,122,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract IB NO. 2025-FA-42 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENDOVASCULAR NEUROSURGERY SUPPLIES (LINE-ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for IB NO. 2025-FA-42 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ENDOVASCULAR NEUROSURGERY SUPPLIES (LINE-ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
