SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BLOOD BANK REAGENTS AND SUPPLIES (LINE ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT INCLUSIVE OF THE USE OF BRAND NEW, LATEST MODEL DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT
1. The EASTERN VISAYAS MEDICAL CENTER, using Framework Agreement through our GAA 2025 and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Sixty Five Million Two Hundred Fifty One Thousand Eight Hundred Nineteen 20/100 Pesos (Php65,251,819.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for IB NO. 2025-FA-36 SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS BLOOD BANK REAGENTS AND SUPPLIES (LINE ITEM BIDDING) UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT INCLUSIVE OF THE USE OF BRAND NEW, LATEST MODEL DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
