Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Sixty
Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php 3,060,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Insecticides for Vermin Control
under IB No. 2025-97. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid
opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods
is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. The bidder
must have completed, within two (2) years prior to the deadline for submission and receipt of bids,
an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and must be at least twenty-five percent (25%)
of the ABC or the bidder should have completed at least two (2) similar contracts and the aggregate
contract amounts should be equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The
