Description : 1. The Department of Health Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development, through the
General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two
Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php4,200,000.00) only being the Approved Budget
for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rebidding for the
Procurement for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Dental
Chair unit Motorized with Complete Accessories under IB No. 2025-75. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-EVCHD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with
the provisions of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic
Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under
